When can I play THE LOST MERLION ?
Start your game at the time you got in the confirmation mail. We'll send you a start time within the hours you selected. If you want a specific time, mention it in the comments.

What number do I send the ‘start’ message to?
Reply to the WhatsApp message sent to your team captain by Mystery SinGapore at the start point of the game.​

Can I change my team details after I have signed up?
If you need to add an additional player onto an existing team, contact us by email to receive a link for an additional payment. You can change your team captain any time before you start the game by texting us the new captain's phone number.

Can I change the date of my game?
Yes - you can change the date of your game by texting us the new date and time slot requested (Changes can be made until the day before the game, exceptions can be made in case of heavy rain).

Which Apps do I need to play the game?
WhatsApp, Maps, Translation App and any browser to help you with the clues.

What if it rains?
Wear suitable clothes Most of your game will take place outdoors.
No cancellation in a rainy day.​

Where does the game end?
The final location is secret.

Can children take part?
Yes they can!
We do not recommend to bring along children under the age of 6.
Children under 16 years of age must play with an adult supervision.

Is your game suitable for wheelchair users or buggies?
Sorry, no. The games require the use of steps to access the answers to locations and clues.

Will I be able to play if I don’t know the city?
Yes - the game does not require local knowledge.​

What do I need to bring?
At least one fully charged phone for each team.
Wear comfortable shoes and light clothes, as most of your game will take place outdoors.
Also recommended - sunscreen, hat, umbrella and water bottle.

Why do you limit the team size to six players?
We've found, in most cases, that teams benefit from having a maximum size of six players, so that everyone gets involved in solving the clues.
If there are more of you, then split up into teams and play head-to-head.
The head to head experience will allow you to compare notes with each other during the breaks (groups tend to overlap at these points), see which different routes you take, and then enjoy a comparative blow-by-blow break down at the end...

Can I get a refund?
No, but you may reschedule the game for another date within 3 months.
